Chad Chilcutt, the CEO of Chilcutt’s Premier Martial Arts & Memphis Royce Gracie Jiu-jitsu, began studying martial arts at the age of 8 with his Instructor Steve Stanford who holds Black Belt under Bill Wallace and Joe Lewis. It all started with Karate and led into a mixture of the various Martial Arts he has studied for over 30yrs. Chad holds a 4th degree Black Belt in Karate under Steve Stanford & a Black Belt in Gracie Jiu-jitsu. Furthermore, he has a lot of training and knowledge in kickboxing, judo, and free style wrestling. Chad has trained extensively with Bill Wallace, Royce Gracie, Rodrigo Gracie, Renzo Gracie, Carlos Machado, and Pedro Saucer. Chad has trained and helped the careers of MMA UFC participants such as Rampage Jackson from Memphis, Mike Pyle (Tennessee), and David Ferguson (Memphis BJJ). Also, some of Mr. Chilcutt’s Black Belts & MMA students have landed movie roles to broaden their accomplishments. Martial Arts has taken Chad all over the world from competing in MMA events to training and teaching to students, law enforcement, ATF, FBI personnel, loss-control, and crowd control and bodyguard security operations. Chad Chilcutt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professionals Studies from the University Memphis, concentrating in youth and adult sport development and promotion.

• Promoter of the “Battle in the Cage” MMA amateur event.

• G.R.A.C.I.E Law Enforcement Certified (Gracie Retention & Control)

• Awarded a Black Belt in Jiu-jitsu by Royce Gracie on September 18th, 2011

• Certified Army Combatives level 1 and 2. Currently working on level 3.
